How did you get to be so good with those guns?
I've always loved individual sports and at boarding school I took up rock climbing, canoeing, horse riding and archery. I soon discovered a passion for firearms, although the school authorities tried discourage it. But when I got to my Swiss finishing school I charmed my way onto the Swiss Armed Forces training range where I honed my shooting skills.
When did you discover your love for archaeology?
My world changed when I heard professor Werner Von lecture about his archaeological career while I was at Gordonstoun. It had a profound effect on me, triggering a passion for remote locations and adventure.
Does danger scare you?
There are always hazards when you're Tomb Raiding, but luckily I can take of myself. I've had to combat ancient mythical forces, survived a Himalayan plane crash and fought heavily armed opponents. Terrifying dangers have just become an accepted part of my life.
You love fast vehicles, what are your favourite?
Anything on two wheels over 650cc's is acceptable but I especially love my Triumph Speed Triple and Harley V-Rod.
Apart from your archeological successes what other achievements are you proud of?
I've driven the dangerous Alaskan Highway from Tierra del Fuego in South America in record time - although that little escapade resulted in everyone in the established Antiquities community thinking I was a loose cannon.
You inherited Croft mansion from your father, Lord Henshingly, do you plan to share your time there with anyone in particular?
The mansion is huge, but I prefer to be alone. I've got lots to keep me busy - training on my custom-built assault course and shooting range and researching Tomb Raiding trips.
